In the process of eating healthier, I've learned that prior to it, I was eating WAY to many carbs, and not enough fruit, and especially veggies. Hence why I couldn't get the weight off, in addition to not being active and exercising. semi formal or casual items to wear for women
These programs have taught me portion control, balance,and how to eat healthy....without counting calories or points.
Through this process I have found many healthier alternatives to foods I love. Tonight I made garlic mashed "potatoes", using ... cauliflower instead of potatoes.....which equals getting my veggies in and no carbs ????????
