Alright here's my postpartum pictures! I started my pregnancy at 125 and was 155 pounds at the end of my pregnancy. When I left the hospital I was already down to 135. I had a very healthy pregnancy. I stayed active and ate a clean diet. I eat gluten free and limit the amount of grains I consume. I eat high protein and high fat. I got lucky and craved raw veggies throughout my pregnancy I didn't get a sweet tooth like I did with my 1st pregnancy! Woo! This takes HARD WORK. It's not selfish- it's called taking care of your body and fueling it with proper nutrients! I didn't spend hours in the gym either.
